Germany, Heer. A Dress Bayonet, By Weyersburg, Kirschbaum & Co. GTRexclude rust spot evident on the(Heer Bajonett). A well preserved Heer dress bayonet, measuring 355 mm in total length when inserted into the scabbard. It features a 200 mm long magnetic metal blade with a sharpened tip and semi sharpened lower edge. Each side features a fuller, and the blade bears a makers mark near the reverse ricasso of WKC for Weyersburg, Kirschbaum & Co. of Solingen, beneath the firms knights helmet logo. The blade sits securely within a one piece silvered zink
